About Me

My photo
Carrie Randolph
I started this blog considering myself an average, everyday philanthropist. I am a mother of three and care about my local and world community. Last year, I took my passion for improving our community, as a volunteer, to being the Executive Director of Leading From Within, a nonprofit that provides leadership development to people committed to making our communities a better place. However, I still consider myself an everyday person just trying to understand the complexities of making a difference.
